Same ol' same ol'

Madness should be lumped into the same category of animation as illWillPress, in that nothing has changed in half a decade, and the author simply reuses old assets from previous films. Normally, you see a progression in an artist's talent after a while. It simply isn't the case with this series.

If Krinkels has gone this long without making something new and original, then perhaps the best thing to do is to just stop and relish the fame he once garnered instead of beating it into mediocrity.

Krinkels responds:

I intend to beat this even further than mediocrity. I will keep doing this until you all hate it.

HA! Great fun!

Good work! Love the smoke and impact effects.

I think at this point your films need to break out of the constraining fixed camera position. Get a little more creative with your cinematography!

:-)

Mottis responds:

To tell you the truth, I have been thinking about trying out some 3d animating. I mean, how hard can it be? It's just like flash, but.... with one more dimension. ^^

Not at all amusing.

Yet another naive misconception that being gay automatically makes you a promiscuous and lecherous pervert. I find it hard to find anything funny about raping a child. This should never have been created.

I urge you to stop making movies like this.

RSQViper responds:

Yet another naive review conceiving that this movie is about making gays the same thing as promiscuous and lecherous perverts. This review should never have been created.

I urge you to stop making reviews like this.

Incomplete...

You should never submit unfinished work. Furthermore, it has no business being on the front page.

Jenjamik responds:

Go tell that to The Gayest Showdown.

Ugh!

These keep getting worse and worse. Time to let this series go. Or hire a better writer.

Sirkowski responds:

You pay for it.

Good job with the story and grpahics...

... but just keep it 3D compresse video. All that effort seems wasted on the transfer to vector. The file size is too large and all images aren't antialiased.

Evil-Dog responds:

who said it'S a 3D video? it's all built in flash

Nice effort...

... but you have a long way to go before you can teach people particle animation effectively. You're fire and smoke were pretty sophmoric. Try building up your frame by frame skills. I recommend researching other artists' renderings of water/fire animation, such as Bitey of Brackenwood.

JackSmack responds:

Yep... I have to admit it's not the best looking smoke on the planet. But it is alot better than some people can do.

and yes when I work on animations with special effects I don't make my fire like this but it does look like fire and is great for small file sizes.

I'm not saying I'm great at anything... I'm just saying this is a convinicing way to make fire.. smoke... or other effects. This tutorial is for people who wonder how they can make good effects with the least amount of drawing possible, and I think they work pretty well... but yes not perfect.

Thanks for the review.

Stop the Stick animations!

Seriously, enough is enough. Even if you can't draw anatomy very well, it's still your own style. EMBRACE IT!

FenixFlashFilms responds:

Stick animations are definitely 100% easier to work with. It may not be very appealing to most people. I am mostly trying to get the story accross to the people watching it, not my ub3r 1337 sk1llz in flash. You gotta admit, this series actually has a good story.

AWESOME!

Dude! You need to submit this to an animation contest of some sort! This is prize winning material here! Even the fucking MUSIC is original! GREAT JOB! It takes a lot to impress me, but right now my socks have ignited in my shoes. All newgrounders take note at what a lot of creativity and devotion to your work can spawn.

Dustball responds:

Thanks!

You've got the artwork talent...

Now just work on making you animation more fluid and lifelike and your future productions will kick some major ass.

Work on getting some better sound samples and better mixing ability too. Good character voices.

robfeldman responds:

Thanks. I think the issue with the sound might be a server issue. Try it again later and see if it changes.

As for the more fluid animation, I am trying to make it better but it slows down the production. Besides, these things are supposed to be like the Marvel cartoons of old....

Thanks for the comments....
