Always loved your artwork. It's still as awesome as ever =)

Thanks, Coolio. :-)

This game looks amazing! The artwork is great, and it really got better with each update.

I'll be looking forward to MageQuest now that I've seen this!

Thanks, Triple.

looks really impressive man! cant wait to try this baby out.

:-D Haha, I hope it won't take too long. The further I get into this the more I realize how much has yet to be done.

Should I start warming up my clicking finger my good sah? I do believe that we should start lightly talking about what kind of tunes you'd like for this! It's looking really really good. Good luck with the mock room!

Great question! I PM'ed you a response. :-)

The exciting part about building a good platform engine is all the games you can build off it in the future! I always end up re-inventing the wheel, though, but my engines are never as tight as this looks like it's gonna be.

Yeah, I agree. I'm constantly thinking of spinoffs as I do this. I think, "Oh, all I need to do is add support for moving in the z-direction and this can quickly become a brawler style platformer. Man, it would be awesome if he could fly around like the dude in Paladin. I wonder if I should include a mini-RPG engine like they do in Castle Crashers."

But then I have to smack myself back into reality. Those ideas are really cool, but... I'd kinda like to get this project done before Christmas...

... of 2010.

:-D

Can't wait to play it! All of your games are awesome!

Ah, they're ok. Every one of them needs another week of tweaks and debugging.
