You can probably tell just by looking at it that games like Castle Crashers were a big inspiration.
Now I can finally get back to Conjurer, which I plan on doing a solid burn on over the summer since I don't have any summer classes to attend to. Yay!

lol... soo.. preferring the weapon that people can't dodge, doesn't take twice as long to reload, has a scope, has twice as much ammo, and doesn't make a noise when a shot flings by you is stuuuuupid? The rifle is more like an UPGRADE from the huntsman.
logical maybe... but the huntsman is still mountains of fun. Can you set sniper rifle bullets on fire??? NO!

About the Demo reel, it looks pretty cool man. Good job.
About the Huntsman vs. rifle thing, I prefer the Huntsman by far and have played the Sniper far more since I got it, because, quite honestly, I REALLY hate the rifle, in every way shape, and form. I suck at using it, and being killed by the rifle is my most hated form of death. It feels unavoidable, especially playing on my favorite server (oh, the irony) which is 24/7 Orange X maps. But oh well. I just go Spy and backstab all the Snipers dominating me when there's no other way.
You keep your rifle, I'll keep my Huntsman. And my knife. I love being the spy.
You probably hate it because you suck at it. Once you figure out how to use it, you'll leave the bow behind.
The Huntsman DOES have its perks, which I see you have failed to point out:
-The Huntsman allows for a much wider FOV while preparing to fire, making the sniper less vulnerable to attackers that are not running straight towards him like maj0r n000bs
-The Huntsman reachs a full damage charge 3 times as fast as the rifle, meaning you can fire more shots in less time. Although aiming is more difficult with the Hunstman, this makes it much more effective when firing at large groups of enemys (ex from the first to second point of last stage Goldrush)
For these reasons, the Huntsman is a decent alternative to the Sniper Rifle, although I would use the Sniper Rifle in many situations (larger range combat). To use the Huntsman, you just need the patience to learn how to aim/arc. Oh and:
-You can pin dead people to walls, then throw pee on them and dance around with your kukri
So YOU'RE the fucker that pee'd me to a wall, threw a kukri at me and pinned a dead person to me!

Also conjurer is going to be a huge hit no doubt. Hopefully it gets the exposure it deserves.

It is. Collision detection on circular stuff like the ooze and electricity are a bit wonky. :-P
I find it kind of silly that all these people are more concerned about the Hunstman vs. Rifle fiasco than your demo reel, which is a very nice demo reel by the way!
I don't know, yeah the rifle is just all around 'better' than the huntsman, but something about a bow and arrow just makes it more... appealing.
I suppose what attracts me most to the huntsman is the fun of loading someone up with arrows, and not necessarily killing them. It's like branding them with an "I wuz here" tag. I also take some pleasure in pinning them against walls! Since I'm rambling now, I also like the varying chance that I might miss my target, as opposed to a rifle, which is almost a garunteed shot.
So in the end, I'm just saying I prefer aspects of the Hunstman, and not necessarily it's lethality!
Ah, I see. I'm all about being support for the team, and squeezing of a headshot down field is a lot easy to do on the scope than with the bow. Picking off the medics or saving people from backstabs is what we do best.
